We apologize for your bad experience with Plano Power Equipment. The unit was brought in for a no start issue, it has a pull start on the unit along with an electric start. When servicing the unit our technicians will use the pull start to test the unit unless otherwise stated on the ticket that the electric start needs to be checked. A general service was done on the unit along with a carburetor overhaul and tested. Unit ran well when it left our business.

Barely a satisfactory business, but they do have what you need I do not like going to this specific power equipment because I gaurantee that you will have to wait FOREVER in line. It never fails, everytime I wait and wait. They do have though everything that you could ever need or want.
Nice people I had to unclog a sewer system once and had NO clue where to go to rent the stuff I needed. I called this place and they offered to deliver the stuff AND help me unclog at a very low price. Located right off the freeway, this is a really convienient place to go for all your power equipment and lawn needs. I will be forever grateful to them for the help they gave me when I needed to do the sewer unclog. Thanks again Plano Power Equipment. PROS: Helpful CONS: None
Decent Place for all your needs I went to this place with my dad because we needed some tools for the lawn. There wasn't that long of a wait and they definitely had all the right tools on hand. They are decently priced and that associates there are glad to help and give advice. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to rent out some equipment for home quick-fixes! PROS: Find anything you may need - low price! CONS: none.
I called the service department to see if they service Poulan chainsaws, which they don't. The person who picked up the phone then gave me a few ideas on what I should try before servicing it. I had tried some other things but these were different and I was very appreciative of his suggestions. I'll let you know how it goes but this is great customer service.
The owner should consider training on better customer service. It is very uncomfortable to walk into this location due to employee indifference. The customer is not even acknowledged when they walk in even if there is no line and no one in front. Its as if no one wants to talk so that they don't have to be the one to take the order. Completely unprofessional!

I have purchased my lawn equipment from Plano Power Equipment and since Plano Motor Mart. SCAG, HONDA, and STIHL, all best product available!!! After the sale, service is great!!!
