After searching for pool service companies, I came across this review page for Plano Pool Service. I noticed a negative review at the top, which didn’t match my own experience at all, so I wanted to share what happened with my pool. i called a few different companies trying to get someone to fix my pool's electric heat pump, but nobody could help. finally, i got referred to this pool cleaning company. chris called me back quickly and was able to come out the very next day to repair the heat pump. i'm really happy with how fast and professional the service was. my pool is running great again, and i definitely recommend them if you need any pool cleaning or repair work, especially in this texas heat.

i've been a customer for about 20 years, and the pool service here has always been excellent. during the weekly visits, routine pool cleaning and maintenance are done quickly and carefully by chris, and he always checks the equipment to make sure everything is working right. any repairs i've needed have been handled promptly and at a fair price. mike, who runs the company, really knows a lot about pool equipment, maintenance, and how to fix things the right way. i would definitely give this pool service in plano five stars a... read more

i needed black algae taken care of in my pool (they handled it perfectly!). my pool tiles had fallen off a while ago, and they replaced the ones i saved, then found matching tiles for the rest. grant did the tile work, and he was awesome. the price was really good too. tanner also came out and programmed my pool motor so the cleaner would work better. i highly recommend these guys—they really know pools and do a great job!

We are so happy with the way our pool looks after Plano Pool Service started taking care of it. Brandon was great to work with, and our pool is cleaner than we ever imagined. If you need any kind of pool cleaning or maintenance, give them a call—you won't regret it. They offer weekly service, and our pool always looks fantastic. We won't use anyone else for our pool cleaning needs.
