I have been a patron of this establishment for over 10 years and have consistently had the best experiences anyone can have with a business. The owner is friendly and extremely reliable. Best spot in DFW for personal mailbox and shipping services.
This place is a total scam. We signed up a mailbox yesterday and paid. Today, a guy answers the phone, is super rude and sarcastic, completely refuses to identify himself. He says we will not help me in anyway over the phone & hangs up on me (a paying cust). I call back & he refuses to help me again in anyway. I tell him I have no further reaction then to leave an honest review on Google and he says “go ahead, I’m not the owner” and hangs up on me again.
