Stopped here to mail a couple of letters that needed tracking. The gentleman working told me it's cheaper at the post office and was upfront on prices and explained why his were priced that way. The post office has terrible reviews for a reason- I've already tried them. I appreciate the honesty and the friendly service from this guy. Always happy to support small business.
I recently visited this plano mail package and more and was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right packaging materials for my fragile items. They handled everything with care, and my package arrived at its destination in perfect condition.
The lady was FABULOUS helping us with odd size packages to mail and was giving us advice about the best way to send our items. Would definitely use this store again.
