They never answer their phone or return any of your calls.I don't know what type of Plano Housing Authority is this ,it needs to be check into.My guess is all communication is through email , which I didn't know that I was dropped from the pre-qualification wait list until I contacted k teague 3 weeks later which she never contacted me.she's saying I was dropped because of missing documents which was not, because everything was dropped off in the drop box and I even appeal and still didn't hear back from them.their choosing ... read more
So I will say this my family member has been on this list since 2021 and the dropped her number down then went back up .. I believe these low reviews and this with those 4 or 5 star reviews are lying I said it I stand on it false fabricated reviews
Ms.K Teague is a blessing to this place she is so nice, kind and very soft spoken🙂 She takes her time to explain every detail so you can understand the process, once she sends you a letter/email stating what you need my advice is to get it done! That way it won’t delay any process, she has always went above and beyond to answer my questions and lead me in the right direction! Also, Ms. Perez is great too! What are there people in the office for getting paid if they don’t work out of it or doing anything obviously the reviews and trying to help someone get help not myself I see how horrible the people get treated this is sad.
