Besides being extremely unprofessional and rude when doing work at our home, Jamal would use a deflection strategy where he claimed any work he did increased the sales value of the home. One day I was driving by a home which had a sign up with his company name. I knew no one would be delirious enough to advertise his services. Turns out the property was his and he was flipping it.
