I had such a great experience here. First off, Mr. T has such great manners, he is very professional, kind and very personable. That's hard to come by these days. The dentist is also very professional, also very kind and really makes you feel comfortable. I can't so enough good things about this establishment. Thank you guys for a wonderful visit!

I was given an inaccurate diagnosis of a Tooth which would have cost me thousands of dollars and a loss of a Tooth. I spoke to the front desk Receptionist asking for a refund of the Office Visit. The Receptionist would not allow me to speak to the Dentist. He justified the Dentist diagnosis by explaining that all Dentists see things differently and that there was nothing wrong with the original diagnosis. I still have my Tooth. Plano Family Dental did an outstanding job . They were so helpful and professional . I didn't feel any pain with my extractions and they were very straightforward. Thank you
