Great office, attentive and courteous staff! Dr. Joseph took his time to explain the treatment and they were willing to fix my loose implant at no cost but unfortunately they are out of network for my Delta insurance.
I love Plano Family Dental !! I drive 30 minutes each way to come here. It’s worth it !! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They really take care of your dental needs. Highly recommend !!
I went to Dr Schell for a second opinion. It was a warm, welcoming environment. All staff are congenial and very patient-focused. I was shocked to find a concierge list of amenities to choose from to make your experience more pleasant. Both Jennifer ( his hygienist) and Dr Schell are extremely knowledgeable and all about educating the patient even a quick anatomy lesson if needed)😉.theyre not just about solving the issue..,a great experience!!
Dr Schell, Nancy and Jennifer are the best. I’ve been seeing dr Schell for over 30 years and Jennifer and Nancy have been with him for a very long time. That means a lot to me. They care for their patients, they take the time to listen to what they have to say. Very gentle.
