This is a beautiful facility. The staff expertly provided a continental breakfast. They were helpful and very courteous. My only complaint is that the meeting rooms were so cold people could not focus on the presenter, or, even worse, left the conference. During breaks, the outside patio overflowed with people "thawing out". I can't imagine what the electric bill is!
