I suggest you beware of Plano Concrete Flooring/ Artisan Decocrete, owned by a Brad K. The work we had done looked great for about 90 days then things started to peel and turned into a 2 year nightmare. They claim they have a 3 year material and labor warranty on all work, and were BBB and Angie A+ rated. They came out at once and repaired immediately. Brad took the very worn and abused stained concrete flooring in the house I bought in August '17 and did an amazing job striping and refinishing them! He explained to me where the weird flaws in the stain came from (glue where carpet and vinyl floors were previously and areas where cross bracing was nailed to the slab when the house was built) and made them look as good as possible. When his employee never showed up he personally along with his wife and one of his daughters finished my floors with in the time frame given. Wh... read more
