Horrible experience, stay away from Plano Auto Repair if you value good honest service. They misdiagnosed my truck several times, costing time and money. They also damaged my truck and didn't offer an apology or solution. I didn't receive any communication the entire time my truck was there (several days)! They also quoted a price to replace my fuel tank for $400 more than the dealership! What a complete waste of time and money I will be filing an insurance claim!

These guys are awesome! Friendly, helpful, reasonable rates and do great work! Just had to replace the alternator and they went out of their way to get my car in!
Amazing people who take care of their customers and get the job done!
Very friendly, speedy and reasonably priced. I will also say the lobby and bathroom are extremely clean which was a nice bonus during my wait.
