Well, have 6 emails and 4 calls, no one returns any messages. We were approved to buy a car they have online. Even set up shipping to Durham NC. They texted that we are all set. Reply three times to the text, called, responded to all their emails without a single response. Just terrible service. The reviews are accurate.

Sam from day one had a down to earth personality took the time to show me the truck i was interested in and even sent me a walkaround video. Sam made my car buying easy, he was not pushy, and communicated with me well throughout the whole entire process..
