I am a current resident and some of the conditions are absurd. I have lived in my building for 6 months. In these 6 months, I have had the pleasure of experiencing: a roach infestation, broken elevators, multiple leaks, outlets not working, sinks not working, leaks from the windows in below 20 degree weather, mold from the air conditioners - the list goes on and on. I was asking basic questions regarding the qualifications required to be approved for a 12-month lease, and Roxana was extremely rude and unprofessional in her responses. She was dismissive, short, and acted as though my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of providing clear or helpful information, her attitude made it seem like she does not enjoy her job or working with prospective tenants at all. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, and not what I would expect from someone in a customer-facing role.
The people that work here lack empathy. I was being eaten alive in my apartment by bugs for months, and they didn’t offer me any compensation. I had no heat for six days and they also were not able to offer any legitimate compensation. Not willing to cut you a break at all. Do not rent with them!!!!!!!
I am a current resident. I have already had several issues with PPM that include a lack of responsiveness when I had a parking issue and issues that I have with building accessibility (no ramps, carts, etc). This review applies to the company and the rental office staff, not the building workers - who do their best with (seemingly) little assistance from the rental company itself.
