I didn’t end up signing a lease with PPM, but I still wanted to leave a 5-star review for Aeesha. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the touring process. She took the time to show me multiple apartments across several buildings in just a few hours and was well-informed about each property. I really appreciated her patience and expertise.
If there are 5 stars that is because they are fake reviews. There is absolutely nothing great about the management property and the buildings and building management is trash. Roach property management is a better name. They have no working elevators so I hope you never need to carry anything heavy. The parking lots are the biggest joke the spots are blocked and extremely tiny. If you enjoy hot water then this ISNT the place for you. Run far away from this place living in an alley is a better deal trust me
This is my second year using a leasing agent through PPM. I have had the privilege of working with Bogdan at PPM and I could not say enough good things about him & my experience. He was informative in each unit i toured, honest when asked for his opinion, & willing to give advice and education when asked. Bogden was very helpful with the application process, he responded quickly and efficiently to answer all our questions.
Just signed my third year lease @ Pine Grove Avenue! I love this building, the Landlord’s are very fair, and the Building manager Oscar is literally the best. He works so hard to keep our building awesome!
