So disappointed with my experience. Not only was I in there waiting for two hours, but I was also refused care at the end. I went in for my depo shot and the person that did my intake was confused I was on a 9-week plan for my injection (that was what my old PCP and I decided was best for me) and said that he only ever heard of a 4-week plan or a 12 week. Tried to force me to change my birth control. I’ve tried pretty much every one to no avail and then finally the one I am on now has been the only one that’s worked for me. I’ve been on it for years with no problems. Now all of a sudden they’re trying to change it and not giving me a choice or a chance to explain why the others haven’t worked for me. They were able to schedule an appointment really fast! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. I had to get a new nexplanon put in and was nervous because they would have to cut me to take the old one out. But Dr. Nicole was patient and talked with me throughout the whole procedure. I'll definitely go back when I need another nexplanon put in.
They were all so incredibly nice! Very comforting and kind. I had my IUD removed, it was quick and easy!
Grace period is 10mins no reminder women sounded miserable on the phone and they can't res shedual me till the 24th thats over 2 Weeks weeks from now never again.
