I went to this location to get an iud. I had decided I wanted one. The nurse who asked me all of the intake questions and such was great. She listened, explained and generally made me feel better. She even offered to sit in while I got it to hold my hand. I didn’t exactly feel comfortable with that, but I wish I had asked her to stay now. I belive her name was Meryl. I had my IUD done here and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind, thorough and checked in on me every step of the way. The MA Meryl was incredibly supportive and comprehensive with her care. She made she I had everything I needed before and after. Meredith was the one to insert the IUD and she was also fantastic. She was very quick, made sure I had proper pain management and walked me through every step of the way. A really great team that made a scary experience much easier!
Going to PPNNE is a great way to get tested However my appointment will be at 12:30 and they won’t see me until after 1. I feel like I’m going to die in the waiting room before they get to me!
So disappointed with my experience. Not only was I in there waiting for two hours, but I was also refused care at the end. I went in for my depo shot and the person that did my intake was confused I was on a 9-week plan for my injection (that was what my old PCP and I decided was best for me) and said that he only ever heard of a 4-week plan or a 12 week.
