Everyone in this facility was so kind from start to finish. The volunteer escorts to thw front desk ladies to everyone behind the scenes. I appreciated the kindness.
Everyone was so nice, I was there for only 2.5 hours compared to the expected 3-5 hours, and I felt so much support with the staff here. Keep up the great work, and thank you!
I scheduled online for a Nexplanon insertion due to my insurance not being able to cover it at my normal gynecology office. I was super nervous and anxious going for the first time due to having white coat syndrome and listening to harmful stigmas about planned parenthood but my opinion was quickly changed. The appointment was very fast and easy, the place was very clean and the front desk receptionists were very friendly.
