I had a miscommunication with my appointment time. And I got there late…. They were actually going on lunch at the 11:45 until 12:30. They told me they were booked for the rest of the afternoon because they were closing early at 1:40 and not taking any more patients. The receptionist welcomed me to come back to see if there was a cancellation, and then they would be able to take me. The nurses are always helpful and Dr. Smiley is the best! It is hard to contact them through the phone but booking an appointment always works well for me online through their website.
