After my iud appointment didn’t go as expected, they wasted no time to find me another method, even saying along the lines of “well you came here to not get pregnant”. to be quite honest, I was a hot mess. The caring and amazing ladies didn’t bat an eye at the stream of tears, just came with comfort and solutions. Something that could have well been a horrible day, was turned right around all thanks to their help, advocacy, and promptness.
Terrible this is the second time I’ve been told my appt is canceled due to the clinician calling in sick!! They cancel a hour before my appt
