I had an appointment at 4pm, the roads were bad and lots of traffic from the new snow/icy conditions…I called and said I was 4min away and should be arriving right at 4. The lady on the phone said okay, that’s fine thanks for calling. And then when I walked in at 4:05 the woman at the desk told me they don’t take anyone 5 min late. Stacy, the new provider here, was exceptional in her treatment of me and her bedside manner. Everything about my experience- from ease of scheduling and rescheduling online, to the front desk, to the atmosphere of the waiting room, to everyone I interacted with in a medical way, was affirming and respectful and lived into the Planned Parenthood values of providing quality care for every body no matter what and thus lifting up those of us who are continually abused my the medical system. I have really tied to support these guys but I can no longer. They have continuous failed in giving me the correct care, I've been scheduled where they're not even opened before, and they almost killed a friend of mine! I am ftm and I went to my doctor they took my blood and told me my levels were through the roof! Not once has my provider gone over my levels with me. Way better service than the clinic at Confluence Women's Health! Appointments aren't months out when you book but most importantly the staff is kind and approachable. I appreciate all they do for the valley!
