If you have to go here for hormone replacement therapy or trans health services, get every single piece of paper that you can from them - every lab order and result, every visit write-up, every care plan, every bill. Make sure they are treating you appropriately!!! My lab results were infrequently and incompletely posted on the patient portal, so I took my physician's word on how things were going.
