I sat in a cold room for an hour just to walk out myself because I was going to be late for work. Nobody checked on me, and nobody said anything when I left. There was no one else there patient wise it was just me
Took off time from work for my appointment just for the doctor to never show and for no one to answer the phones, not even "support"
