First off these people will always have you sitting out there in the lobby way past your appointment time. They have had to give me a few Starbucks gift cards for this. The worst part about them, is they think that your 15 year-old child has rights above you as a parent. I was told I couldn’t change or cancel my daughter‘s appointment she’s not18. These people are gonna keep playing with people’s kids and it’s going cause a big problem for them.

If you need to get your arm implant put in or removed, I highly recommend this Planned Parenthood! Dr. Sara handled both for me, and she was so professional and calm. She was completely honest and took the time to explain everything and address all of my concerns. I am very delicate and usually end up with a purple hand after these procedures, but she made sure I was entirely numbed up first. This time, I had absolutely no bruising or issues—it felt like nothing even happened. Thank you, Dr. Sara!

First time at planned parenthood ever and I would give 10/10. I received the care that I needed. I felt that they genuinely cared about my concerns/issues.
