Very respectful staff and very understanding with your health concerns. Receptionists were also very friendly. Come here every year to get my test done. The doctors are very professional and listen to you very carefully about any concerns you have and explain in full detail what they will be doing step by step. Definitely recommend PPLA to anyone in need of services. Thank you again
Horrible, call on the phone to make the appointment they tell you you don't need one....so you walk in and they tell you oh they can't help you because you need an appointment. That's just one example of how things are ran there. Due to the area and had stitches that I needed removed so I tried to go there but they said they couldn't help me because I was not assigned to that doctor so I switched my insurance and went in once it was active and just to be told and they still couldn't help me because I hadn't yet did my intake... read more
Clean facility, professional staff, and NP Priscilla went above and beyond to address my needs. The only complaint was long wait times. Bring a book to read or a laptop to do some work. Planned parenthood is doing the best they can to help provide women's healthcare. We have to be a little patient. All the staff members including the front desk and medical assistants were extremely kind and knowledgeable. You guys are appreciated to the moon and back. Thanks for all you do!
