No matter what they say, schedule an appointment. I called and asked if I needed one, they said no I can walk in. 10 mins later I walk in and am told I need an appointment or have to wait 1-2 hours. What’s the point of accepting walk ins then?
Jocelyn PA, Yessindi, and Griselda were all so amazing. I had a bad experience with another planned parenthood office but this location had a reasonable wait time and the staff are all so accommodating.
It was my first time being there...and I felt so comfortable from friendly staff and doctors...they explained to me the process and step by step for my treatment. Overall I would come again of how friendly the staff is.
