Would give negative stars if possible. Michelle (the manager?) was very rude and awful to us. We called out of work to take my girlfriend to her appointment at 9:30. We live 30 mins away and got stuck in traffic and showed up at 9:40. She was incredibly rude and canceled the appointment because we showed up at 9:40. No compassion, no meeting half way. Would figure that a planned parenthood would hire people with people skills….dont waste your time!
The whole staff here was extremely nice , helpful. I did not have an appointment and they were able to take me in real quick and help me . Front staff lady was able to take me in and was very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable. Doctor Obot Grace is very professional but also makes you feel really comfortable during the procedure she’s doing .
