Everyone is amazing at Planned parenthood! Ashley was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt so welcomed by Berline as well. I am absolutely grateful we have a place that cares about people.
Quick and easy service with no extra and shout out to the ladies who took care of me Berline, Megan, and Sara. Apologies and Megan’s helper who was shadowing. Hands down recommend these ladies for ease of process and reassurance throughout it all
The person I called for gender affirming care was the rudest woman I’ve ever talked to. I asked about starting testosterone, female to male and she explained that I would be only able to in Kissimmee, so I told her that’s okay. Once I said that it was fine, she decided to pretend she couldn’t hear me for barely even two seconds before hanging up. That was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She acted like it took time out of her doing her job to help.
