I had such a good experience at this location. I had not been to a pp in 8 years, and not this location, but I will probably only go back to this office I had that good of an experience. For the entire appointment, from check in to check out, I felt seen, cared for, and appreciated. I came in for an STI screening and I left with so much new information that had not been discussed with me at my previous provider. After visiting a few of the other area locations which are wonderful this locations office manager Alexandra required me to upload a.non required copy of my insurance card which was problematic and didn't want to upload. I have visited other offices with the same insurance no upload required. Said I would only be able to be self patient even though I have verified insurance and was rude about it and stated she makes the policies at her office and I could just go home if I wanted.
This place is horrible do not let the old lady touch you I had a nexplanon implant put it. Remind u it’s the 3rd time I done this she put it in the back of my arm it moves it pinches me and brushing my arm. Never have I ever bruised or bleed so bad
Staff was so sweet and caring. They made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything. Thank you Tanya and Raven and front desk staff for your kindness ❤️
