I can’t say enough great things about Planned Parenthood St. Pete. Dr. Bainbridge genuinely cares about her patients. Everyone on staff here cares. Healthcare is tough. Working as a healthcare provider in America has turned into a business of billing and not a business of care. I feel like a human being and not a number, here. Ever single person that works here is a healer.

Stephanie, Dulce, Raven, and Alex. Did an exceptional job. I appreciate all of them for going above and beyond. More importantly being understanding and helping the best way they can. This experience was easy because of their hospitality. We drove a few hours for this location and they helped us find a location closer to home.

I had a really bad experience here. I called ahead and gave them my insurance info and they said I was covered, so I scheduled an appointment. They replaced my birth control implant and put it so deep, that years later my new gyno struggled to get it out. A few weeks after my appointment at Planned Parenthood, they told me I was in fact not covered by insurance and billed me hundreds of dollars for their mistake. I’ve had a good experience in the past at other PP clinics, but I cannot recommend this one.
