Stephanie, Dulce, Raven, and Alex. Did an exceptional job. I appreciate all of them for going above and beyond. More importantly being understanding and helping the best way they can. This experience was easy because of their hospitality. We drove a few hours for this location and they helped us find a location closer to home.
I had a really bad experience here. I called ahead and gave them my insurance info and they said I was covered, so I scheduled an appointment. They replaced my birth control implant and put it so deep, that years later my new gyno struggled to get it out. A few weeks after my appointment at Planned Parenthood, they told me I was in fact not covered by insurance and billed me hundreds of dollars for their mistake. I’ve had a good experience in the past at other PP clinics, but I cannot recommend this one.
The staff at this location exceeded my expectations. They are kind, informative, and professional to the utmost agree.
Came in for my SCHEDULED appointment (drove 35 minutes) just to be told that a certain provider isn’t in so I can’t get my script renewed today.. ridiculous.
