Always a great experience at the St. Petersburg location. I came for a visit and had Nancy as the intake nurse who is very kind, friendly making the first impression not overwhelming and peaceful. My provider Estefany was attentive and made me feel comfortable during my time there, she’s thorough and super sweet. I never worry coming to this clinic, knowing I will get the best care.
Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! From the girls at the front desk, to the beauty that drew my blood, to the doctor that gave me my exam; I never once felt uncomfortable or neglected. 100000/10 thank you ladies <3
My visit was to receive menopausal hormone replacement therapy. After speaking with a lovely medical assistant who communicated via 'Slack' or similar messaging system with the medical director, I was informed injectable testosterone wasn't an available option for cisgender women in menopause. The medical director even told the medical assistant to tell me testosterone replacement wasn't recommended by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ACOG) which isn't true -- they say the patient and doctor need to eval... read more
