I had a great experience here. Extremely professional, kind people, and cleaner than my normal OB office.
Scheduled a virtual apt for menopause care. First apt doctor logged in 25 minutes late, I was at work so had to ask for a reschedule. Second apt, I never received the text/email with link to log into a virtual visit. Very frustrating. I chose PP because of their price but the service was very disappointing and I would rather pay more for great service and clear communication. Do not recommend for menopause care.
This location is amazing! I recently moved to TX and needed to get my implant in quickly. I had a same-week appointment and had no judgement when i got there. My provider Chinelo was amazing! I've lived in 3 different states and had the Nexplanon a couple times, and she has been THE BEST at inserting it. She was kind and the lidocaine injection barely hurt, she was amazing! The staff were very informative and nice! The doctor made me feel very comfortable and everything was done and over with before I knew it!! Overall a great experience!
