Had my appointment a couple weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say! I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was SO helpful. The staff at this clinic is absolutely phenomenal. They truly care about your health and try to make everything as relaxed and comfortable for everyone. I was very nervous and skeptical about coming to a planned parenthood for hormone therapy, I am FTM. When I arrived at my first appointment I was greeted with such a warm smile and vibrant energy from the front desk associate. She helped me with all my questions and anxieties even though she seemed so busy, she was still so attentive and caring. I would like to start by saying I never felt more comfortable talking to the staff about my life even though I just started coming here a couple months ago they made me feel like I can trust them with anything. They made my experience easier than ever so I want to say thank you to them for that. I recently went to this location to take advantage of the no-cost pregnancy tests offered by PP. Every staff member that I interacted with in the lobby was friendly, professional, and helpful, creating a positive and composed environment for clients. Mayra, however, was an unfortunate exception. Her involvement in my visit was very important, as she was the one who was meant to share my test results with me. It's absolutely awful. They'll schedule you an appointment a half an hour before they even open and the "Doctor" won't even be in until an hour later it's ridiculous. If you schedule anything expect at least a hour to two hours

Great place with a caring , knowledgeable staff...Referrals for men's reproductive health as well as access to birth-control, Pap test, beast exams and mammography referrals... Don't be fooled by anti-choice CPC's (crisis pregnancy centers).... They have no trained or certified medical staff and they will try to trap women into a lecture where they’re told lies about abortion and birth control in order to discourage the use of both! Don't fall for it! CPC's do not have your best interest in mind...
