I had a great experience at Planned Parenthood. Jazebel was kind, professional, doesn’t waste time and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. This location is definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to ! Everyone took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and provide care without judgment. This was my first experience here, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Every step of my procedure was clearly explained to me, and the nurses, doctor, and volunteers were all exceptionally helpful and compassionate. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough for the care and support I received. If you’re in need of their services, I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Do not go to this location. I went inside with extreme symptoms more than once and the nurse practitioner with the dreadlocks was so dismissive and kept telling nothing was wrong with me and my pain, clots and vomiting for days at a time was normal. She didn't even bother to do any testing just put me on birth control. I got a second opinion and I in fact have two large fibroids. Luckily I didnt listen to the nurse practioner at planned parenthood. Stay away
