Service is literally inaccessible to anyone with a full time job, month after month they tell you to call back but fail to tell you that it needs to be done in the morning or they won't take an appointment. Like how about if you're gonna do that, you give people the full information that they need to book an appointment. Instead, the receptionist is rude and short. It's BEEN FOUR MONTHS OF BEING TOLD TO CALL BACK. People overdue for cancer screenings is not a time to be fruiting around.
My daughter phoned a month ago. To have an IUD taken out. She was told to call back may 23. She did call and was told now to call June 26. This is absolutely ridiculous. If this is the type of service you offer. Maybe you should close your doors. The reception lady and offered no other advice then go to a walk in. No option for a cancellation appointment or too even book one in the future.
I'm confused I've tried many times to book an appointment cannot get through. And everytime I try to go to the clinic you are closed. How am I supposed to access Healthcare if you aren't open. Now I have to go out of province.
