Called and they put me on hold then hung up on me
spoke with an unprofessional person on the phone, contradicted everything i was told when i was there in person, refused to help set up an appointment, talked about her losing her license and that she has a family and she can’t lose her job over booking me an appointment. think her name was Catherine, she’s a nurse there. extremely unhelpful and unprofessional bringing up how she could lose her job and how if she did she couldn’t provide for her family based on me just wanting an appointment.
Called in and was expecting to get some Non judgmental help for my daughter and I was told go somewhere else for that we don’t have anyone for that. We can’t help for another few weeks. Not a beet helpful resource if they are wanting to help women and young people in general. Wow !! No need to go there at all.
