Literally went to the car in tears and without any explanation of my issue. Didn’t ask if I have any questions or concerns after my appointment. In the beginning they mislabeled my appointment “pregnancy test” when I’m there for pelvic pain and tried “subtly” pressuring a male provider on me for my exam and when I said I’m not comfortable with that the woman they sent in was clearly inconvenienced and upset with me. You need to make an appointment online, but otherwise it’s super convenient. Great staff, felt seen and heard when I described what’s going on. Some things, like endometriosis, they unfortunately can’t help with but I’ve been to half a dozen doctors and clinics that are not PP where that is the case. It’s more systemic, it’s not their fault! Angie was amazing at the front desk quickly checked me in when was clearly busy, maintained communication. She quickly checked in 3 patients before me!!! She was so friendly and kind and made me feel soo comfortable for this very uncomfortable appointment!!!!
They are so polite here and quick to make you feel less uncomfortable and awkward as they can especially angie! i’m gotten my birth control taken out twice here and they are always so quick and painless with the procedure. Definitely my fav doctor office to come to!
