They rescheduled my appointment while I was on the way there. When I arrived, they refused to see me despite me being on time for my original appointment. The excuse was that it was too close to closing time to be seen, but that's when I originally booked the appointment for. The lady at the front desk with the Gemini tattoo on her finger is extremely rude and lazy.

I’ve seen the term “predatory billing” used in these reviews and could not agree more. I was promised a $20 copay for preventative care, only to later receive a $200 bill for all the tests that were suggested to me by Dr Hilcox. I was never told that these tests were not considered preventative care and would be billed separately. This location deserves ZERO stars! NEVER go here! I lost my job mid January and got Covid the same day. So I only had the last week in January after I recovered to go to doctors appointments before my private insurance coverage ended. I went to this PP for BC and specified the urgency. I tried to provide my private insurance and they told me they had insurance for me in the system. They never got my BC prescription to the pharmacy before my insurance ended. Went to this location a few months back, and they've sent me a bill for my visit every week since. I kept my receipt because I've had this problem with them before, I called to get them to stop, but the same bill comes in every week.
