I went in for a removal and reinsertion of an intrauterine contraceptive and was treated with the utmost respect and care. I felt reassured and heard by the staff. Extremely welcoming! 🪷 Thank you for allowing me to feel more comfortable in my reproductive health
Absolutely wonderful clinic that will take care of your every need. The receptionist was an absolute dream to work with and catered to my every need with gusto. The doctor (Liz) was an absolute professional and very courteous. Both of them reassured me every step of the way, and I left glowing. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. 11/10. I've been to several Planned Parenthoods and I have always had nothing but positive things to say about them, but this experience was the best by far.
After getting an iud removed and replaced with them, came back in with a list of awful symptoms i’d been having. Knew that there was something seriously wrong with my body and got looked at for about 3 minutes with no help at all. Ended up in the ER the next day to learn I had an ovarian cyst the size of a lime. Wish they would have listened and helped me when I came in with the pain I was experiencing.
