I’ve been to PPH a few times over the years and I’ve always had a great experience. Staff is always so kind, and Margo (the MD) is amazing.
I've had good experiences there, but lately the website is broken and gives a 403 Error no matte what I do, which makes scheduling an appointment impossible since the automated phone system directs you to the website over the phone.
The girl in the front desk doesn’t know how to communicate clearly, she told me my “total” amount was X and a week later I received and extra balance that I was never communicated before for almost the same amount. Not cool. I recommend going to a private clinic it’s probably the same or less money at the end.
