Susan is amazing! Communicated amazingly and made me feel so comfortable. I went in for an IUD replacement after 8 years. I went here instead of my regular family doctor because I wanted someone experienced for the process to go smoothly. I got just that here, very happy with how it went. I was unsure at first because I had never been here before and the building is hidden / not typically what I’m used too. They were able to get me in so fast, next day. Let’s start off by saying if I could give this a -5 I would. I live almost 2 hours away and scheduled a appt for 10am. Got confirmation and everything. They gave me a call 50 mins prior to my appointment to cancel. Knowingly (seeing my chart) I lived almost 2 hrs away. I told them I was almost 20 mins out, and she said there’s nothing she can do about that. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a clinic. I was nervous at first because the outside doesn’t look appealing and there is a security guard there but past all that it was a very wonderful experience. Very nice, sweet, friendly, understanding staff. They listened, showed that they cared. I had never had a good experience with a doctor/medical office until here. I felt very comfortable right away, heck I was cracking up with one of the nurses. Susan and Lisa are such amazing people. Very LGBTQIA friendly
