Took my wife for a full panel, showed up early just in case we had to wait. Her appointment was at 3:50, we arrived around 3:15-3:20, was told we needed to wait 20 mins for our scheduled appointment, although 5 mins into waiting she was called up repeatedly and asked questions they already knew. Another one is she was only handed the consent form after signing which was strange to me. This was by far the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional. I felt genuinely seen, heard, and treated with compassion and respect. The care team was incredibly patient, took the time to explain each step clearly, and ensured that all of my needs were met. Their calm and kind approach made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire visit. I’ve never experienced this level of thoughtful, human-centered care before—it was truly exceptional.
