I had such a great experience at Planned Parenthood. From the moment I walked in, Bianca at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately helped put me at ease. Victoria, the medical assistant, was so funny, sweet, and easy to talk to. She made what could have been a stressful appointment feel much more comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, starting with Melany at reception, who helped me with MyChart. The medical assistant, Victoria, was kind and made me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner, Rachel, explained everything thoroughly and walked me through resources available to me. Everyone made the experience of being at a medical practice feel very compassionate and caring. Thank you!
