Quick and easy online booking. Came in and was greeted by such kind women. I was seen very quickly and the entire appointment was timely/efficient. I was able to state concerns and questions for my health, and they helped me get a low-cost plan to self-pay/no insurance. The other reviews are very unfortunate considering how little support women already have. The wait for a traditional OBGYN is weeks to months - here you can make an appointment within the week or so!
They lie straight out !!! about hours being open online and show on the door they are open like two days a week now
I’m usually a big supporter of planned parenthood. I went in with a big concern and wanted to be tested for pcos. The doctor was an older woman she blew off symptoms that no one should blow off including projectile vomiting and my fingers turning blue. She then asked me how to test for that cause she “honestly has no idea.” I was blown away at the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I guess I’ll be traveling 55 minutes to Elmira for my next appointment.
I actually thought I was going to be helped but they ran the same test that everyone else ran I already told them I have been tested for this they retested me for the same so I'm back at ground zero That was painful have a beautiful day
