I’m usually a big supporter of planned parenthood. I went in with a big concern and wanted to be tested for pcos. The doctor was an older woman she blew off symptoms that no one should blow off including projectile vomiting and my fingers turning blue. She then asked me how to test for that cause she “honestly has no idea.” I was blown away at the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I guess I’ll be traveling 55 minutes to Elmira for my next appointment.

I actually thought I was going to be helped but they ran the same test that everyone else ran I already told them I have been tested for this they retested me for the same so I'm back at ground zero That was painful have a beautiful day

Ive been going here for years for birth control and never once had a issue. However, my appointment yesterday wasn’t acceptable (imo). I asked one of the nurses who was providing my depo shot at the time if the waiting room door was supposed to be left open? Reassuring my concerns that it probably wasn’t since there was a evident sign on it to keep it closed but wanted confirmation and wanted her to know that other clients were doing it when coming in.
