The staff was amazing! They tend to run on time, so arriving just a bit before your appointment should be fine. Consultation can take an hour or longer so be sure you’re not in a rush if you need to consult before a procedure. Very informative and comfortable, safe space. Clean clinic! Which seems to be rare in southern Vermont 🤦♀️ so very much appreciated. People here care and are beacons of light. Staff manager is overworked and should get a raise for holding this clinic together. She’s a bright light that keeps this ope... read more
Great staff. Welcome, clean, affirming space. I always feel like my primary care provider is trying to get through an appointment as fast as possible. The staff here were so patient and thorough with all my questions and concerns.

Scheduled my appointment incorrectly twice now. Unable to help me open MyChart, or to figure out why it won’t let me log in to their system. Stressed me out so much I cried, and the woman over the phone sounded like she couldn’t be bothered about how their service was so bad it was giving me anxiety. Didn’t even get to step inside. I’m sure the actual appointment would have been fine! If it wasn’t such a pain to schedule one that I’d actually rather drive the extra fifteen minutes to Rutland instead.
