Drove over an hour to get there, got stuck in heavy traffic on my way, gave them a call about it and was told that their grace period for late arrivals is 10 minutes, arrived just 11 minutes late- only to be turned away without a second thought. I came in to planned parenthood twice to have an IUD placed. The staff is always so good at making you feel comfortable. The experience was smooth and pretty painless. I would definitely recommend!
All the staff members are super kind & welcoming! They were attentive to all of my needs, made sure I was comfortable & okay during my visit & happily answered all of my questions about my procedure!
I would give this place TEN STARS if I could! The staff is always so incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and makes sure to explain everything they’re doing as it’s happening. I never feel judged here. Seriously the people who work here must be angels for sure! I’ve had all THREE of my IUD’s done here, and I’ll forever keep coming back each and every time I need to get it switched out again!
