This was the best medical experience I’ve ever had in my life. No pressure, no forcing ideas into my head, they listened and provided the care I needed in under an hour. It took me a year and a half of being thrown in a circle just to not get help at all from my regular doctor. These people helped me within a day. Outstanding staff and care. Would come back for future birth control care for sure.

So, I attended Juneteenth earlier today and stopped by the Planned Parenthood booth following behind my young charge. It made my heart super happy to see such an inclusive and welcoming space with informative and professional staff to help support people in their health. this was one of the best medical experiences i’ve ever had -period. i came in for an iud insertion and then my nexplanon removal the next day. everyone here is so kind and helpful, including all of the front desk staff. i had the same nurse both days, i believe her name was ali. she was super kind and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. i had a ton of anxiety about getting an iud inserted but she walked me through my options and helped me feel relaxed, and stayed in the room with me during the insertion and had a conv... read more
