What is going on??? Website not working, customer care does not answer and who do I pay my association fees to??? No one answers the phone after being placed on hold by a machine? Not a serious company!!!
PCMI helped us restore our community! No other management company would help us! The Association went defunct after our builder had abandoned us and would not turn the association over to the residents. Finally we had to do something as we were without any streetlights among other items affecting our property values and community spirit... Today, 3 years later, we are thriving and growing as a community and we still partner with PCMI.
