We decided to use M. R. Plank Roofing because he was highly recommended to us by a trusted neighbor. His crew came with 3 trucks and plenty of tarps to protect my flower beds and patio. Because I have high vaulted ceilings and with the extreme heat the completion took 2 days. They were very detailed in cleaning up, no nails or left over trash. My new roof is beautiful! In closing, I would say Im a VERY SATISFIED customer and would recommend them for your roofing needs.
MR Plank Roofing worked on my roof on or about 10/23/20. On the day of the work, two unknown and unidentified men arrived at my home with a small truck and a barely functional trailer. Neither vehicle had any markings indicating that they worked for MR Plank Roofing. When I attempted to speak with these individuals, they either could not or would not speak English, with the sole exception of one answering any inquiries with "Call office." New gutters installed 2/19/20. Problem right away with corners at garage leaking. Called they came out 2 different times said problem fixed each time. Wrote on original invoice would come out again if not corrected. Problem never resolved. Now they say out of warranty for a problem that existed from the very beginning. When you shake a mans hand, that means something but not to M R Plank. Be very very careful.

We did install for ************** on 2-19-2020. We came out 2x and fixed the issue. It has been 2 years since there has been any issues. ************** had someone clean his roof and driveway and since then is having new issues due to the roof cleaning.
My brother recommended them to me because they had replaced his roof. They did a great job replacing my roof a couple of years ago and this summer they replaced my windows and did a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone.
***** and **** both provided me with excellent service. ***** was very professional when he first introduced himself. **** provided the masonry work which was impeccable. He came to my home with a scaffold (unbelievable) and did excellent tuck/point work all around my chimney. He cleaned up my yard as well as my neighbor's yard once he was done.I would highly recommend this company for any of your chimney/roofing needs.Thanks,******* R

M R Plank Roofing Complaint I wish there was a way to leave negative scores. We have had a terrible time with home repair companies lately, and I had really hoped this would be different. We received our quote July 29th 2019, a couple weeks later we finalized, the materials weren't dropped off until October, they didn't work on the roof until November 15th 2019. The contract I have is dated September 18, 2019. This was a very busy time of year for us and we were trying to get to this customers job as soon as possible. The crew that did the work was very professional, working when there was still snow on the ground. The Summit County Building Inspector passed inspection on this garage roof. Back in May I hired this company to put on a new roof which looks good, other than they messed up the flashing. But my complaint is that the workers were careless. They walked through my ground cover (pachysandra) , destroying 10 feet by 3 feet. They could have easily walked around it but seemed not to notice nor care. I did deduct from my invoice for those errors. However, one of the workers left boot prints (tar?) on my front steps. The company said they would have one of their men stop by and remove them. It seems like we did a great job with the roof and compensated for the damage to flowers. However when this customer called me, I have been told there is no hurry to clean one footprint off of the steps. As a matter of fact the customer said not to worry about it and I was the one that said we would clean it off as good customer service. On 5/4/2016 I reciieved a price for a roof tune up which was $500.00 and a 90 day warranty which at that time there was no problems with the roof just needed to keep up with maintance. On 1/18/2017 I called because I notice that some of my singles looked to be loose . The service man named(brian) came out and gave me a price of $450.00 with a 1 year warrenty for a roof tune up that consist of reseal all penatration points, fix lifted shingles in front, check entire roof for nail pops, seal stack, chimney and other potential ... read more

Mrs. M****** is our customer from 2001. We have done numerous jobs for her. Our sales representative, Brian, did quote one price and about one and one half months later quoted additional work which increased the estimate. The first estimate was to seal existing shingles down. After some wind storms the shingles needed replaced.
