Had a very poor experience with planit kitchens. I have been a long time customer and had 3 kitchens installed by planit over the years. I bought a new fridge and needed to order some new polytech end panels to house fridge. I was going to install myself. Despite planit ordering polytech gear every day they would not place the order for me and told me to see a cabinet maker to get panels. I spent quite some time getting quotes and designs for my new kitchen which I took my time with for a fairly substantial investment. As someone who has been in the building industry I am a difficult and demanding client when it comes to the attention to detail. Adding to this the logistics within a multi story building install create additional challenges. I would not recommend this company if you have children or have children next door. Workers readily use fowl language and yell at children who are doing their own thing on their own property. This is a level of violence that should not be tolerated.
Professional and helpful advice throughout out new kitchen installation. Luke was an excellent designer and the installation team were great. Highly recommend
