So I go in to order a cheeseburger for Super Bowl Sunday because my girlfriend doesn't eat wings. Right away I'm told they're not taking anymore orders because they're slammed with orders (which I understand) but also they ran out of wings!!!!! Poor planing on management! New owners its not planet wings anymore its mahopac wings even worst service then before food was cold and I waited 25 mins for it to come out

Jimmy really needs to watch his employees. I shouldn't have to wait while the blonde girl checks her cell phone messages. and then gives me my order to go without utensils or napkins. way to go! not only that the food SUCKS!!!
Waited an hour and 40 mins for our food to be delivered, by the time it was delivered it was cold and soggy, definitely didn't taste good. Every time we called to find out where the food was the girl was rude telling us they had a new driver with a lot of deliveries and it should be there soon. We were told that for a half hour straight when we called 3 times.
