Dirty. Food is like cafeteria food but not as good. Wings are sooooooo small. How can you charge a $1 a wing whwn they are smaller than what you can get anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Place is a rip off. Staff is rude, especially the manager. No wonder the place is ALWAYS empty. Too bad that fire did not take the whole building down. This Kingston planet wings restaurant is the worst managed place! Food was delivered cold, delivered half the food ordered, and the gyro had nothing in it, neither did the chicken wrap, and the Philly cheese steak sandwich had nothing it was supposed to..plus we ordered combos and didn't receive our drinks or fries!!!
