Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to the salon to cancel my membership. I was told cancellations must be received by the 25th of the month or the following month will still be charged. When I joined, the employee I spoke to assured me cancellations only needed to be done before the next withdrawal date with no mention of the 25th of the month. I had been a member of PT since they opened. I had canceled my membership as well as put it on hold for numerous years. My last cancellation was in March 2020. I just realized Planet Tan NEVER canceled my membership and continued to bill me. I know for a fact I canceled my membership even though their electronic data does not show it. Corporate was of zero help to this longtime client and only offered to refund 90 days or 25% of the $1269 dollars charged. Very frustrating!
