This storage facility was very clean and the staff were very professional and provided many cost saving options. Candice was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place to store your personal items in a safe and secure facility.
I’ve had the storage unit for years and the staff has been amazing, no issues moving in or out and easily accessible. Absolutely the best!! I would Recommend them
I moved from California here to Eugene and was having a hard time finding a storage facility until I called Planet Storage, they happened to have a large size unit where I could move all my furnishings, a total of three Pod's that I had to unload. They coordinated and mapped out where I could put the pods as they were dropped off one by one, what a big help. If I could give him a six-star rating I would, one of the best of moving experiences I've ever had.
Nothing to say, it's a storage place.
