Updated review: We went through a long challenging process with Planet Stone and they did make improvements on the original installation job. They could have offered a partial refund to really make things right but they refused to do so. They did offer to replace our countertop with a different piece of soapstone and if there had been one of the same quality they could have fixed more of the issues (this is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2). I hate to leave a bad review but I have had a terrible experience with this company. There are nice people who work there but the guys who installed our countertop did an awful job and trying to resolve this has been very frustrating and disappointing.
Great and fast service: quick communication, reasonable prices, professional people. For very picky person like me, the quality of work and service, exceeded my expectations! The company is very responsive and has a good selection of different type of stones. Highly recommend! Thank you Planet Stone !
Horrible customer service. They said we will charge you 29.99 per software. I said fine. Once I tried to make an appoiment she said we will charge $350 for our crow to come there for measurement no matter if you take us for job or not and that $350 is not refundable.
