Look I installed with them recently a EP Cube system because they are the only one who brings this battery to Puerto Rico. The seller was great and the installers were great. But look at this at the initial installation I requested for the installation of a generator switch which these batteries are capable but it looks like it will never get installed. En mi caso fueron irresponsable no confirmaron cita día antes y técnico llamó cuando ya estaba en la casa en comunicación con el nunca me dijo cuanto era el tiempo máximo que podía esperar y 10 minutos para llegar a mi casa me envía un mensaje qué se había ido llevo mes y medio si sistema solar ahora tengo que pagar el sistema solar y luma
No cumplen con las garantías o por lo menos tardarán mucho tiempo en resolver ya que llevo más de 6 meses para que me brinden las mismas y todavía nada de nada
Muy eficientes y atentos. La compañía esta atenta a todo el proceso.
