This is normally one of my favorite places but today, they truly disappointed me. There was a lid blocking the drain and causing the water and sewage to back-up on the floor. One associate grabbed a broom to remove the lid. She proceeded to take the broom to the back. Grab some apples - everything but washing her hands.
