Went in today. Waited for a mom and daughter to get two big açaí bowls and a big smoothie. Waited patiently for 10 minutes. It was just us and the mom and daughter. Someone else came in. Then the blonde gal behind the counter then made a mobile order. I checked in with her. She then proceeded to skip us and go to the other customer who came in after us. Why? We had to leave. It had already been so long.
I had the worst experience today at the Baldwin Park store. As I am a resident of Baldwin Park, this blonde girl there cussed me out and I was super disappointed. As a business owner, I would not speak to my clients in this manner. It is surprising to me that children are working there and acting this way. They should act like grown adults. I will be speaking to the manager Monday morning.
THIS STORE STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS I stopped in to grab a smoothie & when the gentleman checked me out he short changed me. I asked him where the rest of my change was his comment was 'oh our machines round up and we keep it". REALLY? SO THIS STORE STEALS from their customers and it's ok? he then proceeded to say I mean I can give it back to you if you want? Why yes....I want my change! I am sure if I didn't give the accurate amount of what I owed it would not have been ok. Won't be coming back here! 🤬
Stop debating just stop here for a smoothie and thank me later. You have time.
