One of the best experiences I have had at a Planet Smoothie. Bam was so kind, understanding, patient, welcoming, and down to earth. The store was also very clean. Will be back to this location!
This isn't what I ordered. I need a refund. The store said they couldn't refund me. Bad first experience. I need my money back.
We popped in for a smoothie and were helped immediately. Our smoothies came out quickly, and they were accurate. This place is easy to locate. There are plenty of chairs if you want to sit and enjoy your smoothie, but we were headed to the mall so we took ours to-go. Caleb made our smoothies and was super friendly and personable, which we appreciated. We were staying at a hotel nearby, so we came back two days in a row. We’re not from the area, but will definitely be back the next time we’re in Orlando.
I don't visit Planet Smoothie often so Mercedes at the cashier asked me what I usually liked and helped give me good recs! She also gave me a sample of my smoothie before she passed it over in case I wanted it made differently. 10/10 star service, great vibes and no notes.
